FORTE DEI MARMI
Under construction, a new residential project is underway: a modern complex of townhouses, built under "affordable housing" regulations. In a tranquil green area, nine independent townhouses will be built on a plot of land measuring approximately 2,200 sqm.

Each residential unit, spanning two levels, offers a total area of 120 sqm. The ground floor comprises a spacious living room, eat-in kitchen, two external porches, a guest bathroom, and a storage room.

On the first floor, there are two options for the sleeping area:

Type A: Two double bedrooms, each with a windowed bathroom, and one bedroom with an external terrace.
Type B: Three bedrooms (one double and two singles), a master bathroom, and an external terrace.
Each unit features a private garden of about 100 sqm at the front and rear, along with an internal parking space. Ideal for families, the residential complex provides ample outdoor spaces for relaxation.

These townhouses are available exclusively as primary residences for residents of the Municipality of Forte dei Marmi with at least 10 consecutive or 15 non-consecutive years of residency before the proposal to purchase.
